How To: 
Start by washing your mouth with a gentle cleanser and pat your mouth dry. Fold the tape in half and gently seperate the two halves to expose the sticky side. Carefully place the tape over your closed lips, ensuring it's comfortably positioned, and gently rub to secure in place. When removing tape, move tongue around to loosen adhesive and always pull down.
